About the Role As an insurance broker, you will contact customers who have already shown interest to guide them to the right security solutions for illness or accidents. You will work goal-oriented with clear coaching every week to help you reach your full potential.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30–17:30.

Location: Our office in Solna.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with a distinct winning mindset and a high level of maturity. We prefer candidates with a background in sports or other competitive activities where you have learned the value of discipline and focus.

• You speak and write fluent Swedish.

• You are driven to achieve set goals and motivated by a salary model with both security and upside potential.

• You are positive, attentive, and enjoy using the phone as your primary tool.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a secure fixed base salary combined with a simple commission model.

As a permanent employee, you also receive a generous wellness allowance of 2,500 SEK/year.
